Option 1: Government ID + Selfie

Please provide:

  • A photo of your government-issued ID

  • A current selfie

Option 2: LinkedIn + Work Email

Please provide:

  • A link to your LinkedIn profile

  • An email sent from your work email account

A discreet recipient email address will be provided.

Option 3: Provider References

Please provide:

  • Two provider references

  • Please contact your references beforehand to ensure
    they are comfortable being listed

  • Their names, email addresses, and websites
